🌯 Tortilla Wraps with Ground Beef
These wraps are quick, filling, and full of flavor. They use soft Tortilla filled with seasoned Ground Beef and fresh toppings.
🧾 Ingredients
- 4 large tortillas
- 400–500 g ground beef
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese or Mozzarella
- 1 cup shredded Lettuce
- 1 diced Tomato
- ½ cup Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt
- Optional: hot sauce or Salsa
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the beef
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic and sauté for 2–3 minutes.
2. Add ground beef
Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
3. Season it
Add paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
4. Warm the tortillas
Heat the tortillas in a dry pan for about 20–30 seconds per side.
5. Assemble the wraps
Place beef in the center of each tortilla. Top with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and sour cream.
6. Wrap and serve
Fold the sides and roll tightly into a wrap.
