🍊 Orange Creamsicle Cake

Cake
- 2½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1½ cups sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup vegetable oil

Cream Filling / Frosting
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 225 g cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

1️⃣ Prepare the Cake
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Grease a 9-inch cake pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, oil, eggs, vanilla, orange zest, and orange juice.
- Mix until smooth.
2️⃣ Bake
- Pour batter into the pan.
- Bake 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely.
3️⃣ Make the Cream Frosting
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla.
- In another bowl whip cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
4️⃣ Assemble
- Slice cake into two layers.
- Spread cream filling between layers and over the top.

Mix:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tbsp orange juice
Drizzle over the cake for extra citrus flavor.
