Ingredients
- 200 g white chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar

- ½ cup extra whipped cream (for folding)
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate
Place the chopped white chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Melt it gently using a microwave (20-second intervals) or over a double boiler. Stir until smooth and let it cool slightly. - Whip the cream
In a bowl, beat the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form. - Combine
Slowly mix a few spoonfuls of the whipped cream into the melted white chocolate to lighten it. - Fold gently
Add the rest of the whipped cream and gently fold until the mixture is smooth and fluffy. - Chill
Spoon the mousse into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. - Serve
Top with berries, shaved chocolate, or extra whipped cream before serving.
