Ingredients
For the crust

- 200 g dark or milk chocolate
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 2 tbsp sugar or honey (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
1. Prepare the crust
- Crush the biscuits into fine crumbs.
- Mix with melted butter and sugar.
- Press the mixture firmly into the base of a tart pan.
- Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to set.
2. Make the chocolate filling
- Heat the cream in a saucepan until warm (do not boil).
- Add chopped chocolate and stir until melted and smooth.
- Mix in vanilla and sugar if using.
3. Assemble the tart
- Arrange banana slices over the chilled crust.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the bananas.
- Smooth the top with a spatula.
4. Chill
Place the tart in the refrigerator for 3–4 hours until firm.
5. Serve
Top with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, or extra banana slices before serving.
